POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS EDUCACIONAIS À LUZ DA TEORIA DA JUSTIÇA DE JOHN RAWLS

Segundo John Rawls, uma sociedade justa é aquela em que há garantia da liberdade individual e promoção distribuição equitativa de oportunidades recursos. O presente artigo objetiva abordar os princípios justiça como equidade, enquanto instrumentos para a reflexão acerca das políticas públicas educacionais no Brasil, especial o Plano Nacional Educação (PNE). Metodologicamente, estudo se baseia pesquisa exploratória, bibliográfica análise documental. Como resultados, identifica correlações entre objetivos do PNE, manutenção liberdades iguais maximização expectativas dos menos favorecidos, bem limitações relação à ocupação, âmbito estrutura básica sociedade, com atenção educação.EDUCATION POLICY ACCORDING TO JOHN RAWLS’ THEORY OF JUSTICEAbstract According to just society is one in which freedom and the promotion equitable distribution of opportunities resources are guaranteed.
